San Diego Speculative Fiction Society, Inc. ("SanSFiS", nonprofit corporate sponsor of Anime Conji), and the Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation ("SPJA", nonprofit corporate sponsor of Anime Expo & Project Anime), are pleased to announce preliminary agreement to shift operation of Anime Conji to the SPJA.

The transfer agreement is contingent upon approval by both Boards of Directors.

More information about Anime Conji 2013, including online registration, will be available on this website by June 1st, 2012. All previously announced discounts for AC2013 will be honored.

SanSFiS and the SPJA view Anime Conji as a vital part of anime fandom in San Diego and Southern California, and both organizations believe this move will help ensure the convention's continued success and growth.
